Creatine Review: Muscletech
I've typically used micronized creatine from Optimum Nutrition, but I gave Muscletech a try since I already use their protein powder (cookies & cream flavor). Both brands of creatine monohydrate get the job done in my opinion. I work two trade jobs and do personal training on the side, and this creatine helped me maintain my weight and performance.

In terms of mixability and purity, I’d rate it 4/5. If mixing with water, I recommend heating the liquid slightly to help it dissolve. When adding it to BCAAs or fruit drinks, ensure there's a high citrulline content for better absorption, and mix vigorously. Like many powdered supplements, it doesn’t fully dissolve unless you adjust the temperature, but overall, this product offers great value for its cost and servings.

Looking forward to updating after more use!
